This winter, Christmas rings out in front of the Bucharest National Opera as well.

Between December 6 and 28, we invite you to a realm where music and storytelling meet the joy of celebrating the holidays together. The Bucharest Opera Christmas Market will take place on the esplanade in front of the National Opera, where we can share the true spirit of the winter holidays: Christmas performances, events dedicated to children and many other surprises prepared for you and your loved ones.

We invite you to listen to the warmest voices and see some of Romania’s most beloved artists in a unique series of Christmas concerts. And to make the magic come alive, we’ve prepared two live screenings of “The Nutcracker” and “La Bohème” from the Opera’s main hall.
